Ted talk: Your body language shapes who you are

I wrote a blog post not long ago about the difference in space taking depending on gender. Now I've just finished watching an amazing Ted Talk with Amy Cuddy on body language and high vs. low posture and how that affect our cortisol (stress hormone) and testosterone.

This is what it says on Ted website:
Body language affects how others see us, but it may also change how we see ourselves. Social psychologist Amy Cuddy shows how “power posing” — standing in a posture of confidence, even when we don’t feel confident — can affect testosterone and cortisol levels in the brain, and might even have an impact on our chances for success.
So I wanted to share this 20 min video with you, maybe I won't be the only one trying out the Wonder Woman pose the next couple of weeks. ;)
