Yesterday I finally saw the full commercial from a Swedish cellphone carrier that is very talked about here right now. It's in a locker room of a male hockey team. One of the players get a text and another snatches his phone and read it out loud, "Miss you, Theo Ekenborg", and then ask who it is. The player the phone belongs to then hesitantly answers it's his boyfriend and then adds that they're celebrating one year. The response? His team mates congratulate him, one even says the boyfriend is good looking!
I love this commercial. That's the way it should be in the world, a happy reaction to someone's happiness and not taunting and bullying. Unfortunately it's not always like that, specially not in sports.
