My top 10 Disney movies

I've been working on and off on this list for a while now, I just can't decide the order of some of them but decided it had to be done like this. I usually don't rank things but I thought I'd do an exception! Which are your favourites?
  1. Mulan
I have seen this movie several times and I never get tired of it. I like the strength of Mulan and the music is just beautiful.

  2. The lion king
I was 7 years old when this came out, I saw it at the cinema with my mum and cried my eyes out when Mufasa died. It's the Disney movie I can sing along with.
  3. Bambi
This movie and I have had our ups and downs, sometimes I love it and sometimes I hate it. Overall, it's beautifully made, specially the rain scene but I hate the death of his mother.
  4. The little mermaid
I used to go to my friend next door to watch this since I didn't own it. I even decided to cut my hair a bit v-shaped like Ariel just to pretend at the playground I was her. Beautiful movie, now in older days my favourite scene is in her secret hiding place when she sings about all the beautiful things she owns.
  5. Tangled
A new favourite. I like the new twist on Rapunzel. She's still in a certain need of a man, just like all Disney princesses but she has an air of 'I can do it' which I like. The story mode is really nice too, specially the beginning.
  6. The beauty & the beast
I was so caught by Belle when I was younger, I was also a book worm... and I liked how she saw his beauty on the inside instead of just looking at was on the outside. Beautiful characters!
  7. Atlantis: the lost empire
Not a well known movie from Disney but a favourite of mine, specially since I've always been intrigued by this civilisation. I like the quirky characters and the steam punkish feel.
  8. The lady & the tramp
I haven't seen this in years except the love scene (which is shown every Christmas in Sweden) but what I could remember from it was a warm and sweet movie which I know I loved, specially the loving beginning.
  9. Treasure planet
I, of course, love the steam punk in this and how modern it is in a way. I like the adventure and the excitement. It's more of a dark movie but still cute here and there and I like that.
  10. Sleeping beauty
Classic. I remember this from being very young, I had it on a recorded video tape. There's not much to say about this except that it's a cute fairytale movie which has its moments and I think I liked it more when I was younger than I do today.
Aladdin has been on my list but now been bumped down, it might come back at a later time.
